At Sea Dawgs, we strive to provide the best fishing experience. We understand that plans can change, so we have developed the following cancellation policy to address these situations fairly:

1. **Deposit Policy**: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is used to reserve your spot and prepare for your trip.

​

2. **Advance Notice for Cancellations**: To cancel or reschedule your trip, please contact us as least 48 hours in advance of your trip through email or text.

​

3. **Weather-Related Cancellation**: Safety is our top priority. If we cancel your trip due to unsuitable weather condition, boat emergency repair, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. **Free Cancellation**: You will receive a full refund if you cancel your trip at least 7 days in advance of your trip.

​

5. **Partial Refunds**: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice of your trip will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.

​

6. **Non-refundable": No refund will be given if you cancel within the 48 hours window of your trip. The card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of the trip.

​

7. **No-Shows**: Failure to arrive for your trip without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the full trip cost.

​

8. **Late Arrivals**: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes of your trip without prior notice will be treated as no-shows.

9. **Rescheduling**: We are happy to reschedule your trip based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.

10. **Communication**: This policy is communicated at the time of booking and is available on our website. For any questions or to make a change to your booking, please contact us.
